Description:
Completed in June 2012, this brand new waterfront home includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 10-12 comfortably. One bedroom contains a full bed and a twin/full bunk bed. Two bedrooms each contain two full beds and the fourth bedroom has a twin day bed with a pull-out trundle. A 46 inch LED television complements the living room. The east side of the house gives a great view of sunrises in East Matagorda Bay, while the west side is picturesque for sunsets overlooking West Matagorda Bay

Amenities:
The kitchen has a stove/oven and everything you need for cooking. Plates, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee pot are all provided. We also provide bed linens and towels, but it is recommended you bring your own towels and personal toiletries. We ask that you not take our towels to the beach. A fishing pier with a light for fishing at night allows you to keep a line in the water during your entire stay.

Location:
The house is located just south of River Bend Restaurant along a quiet, private road right off of Beach Road. Stanley's (small grocery store) and the town of Matagorda are less than 2 miles away.

Directions:
Take Beach Road across the bridge on the Intracoastal Waterway. Turn right at the first road past Snappers (restaurant). The two-story house is marked as #38.

Rental Rates:
$300.00 a night with a two night minimum
Weekly Rates: 7 days, 6 nights $1,650
Monthly Rates: Available upon request
Please note: $75 cleaning fee per rental

Reservations and Deposits:
Advance rental reservations are necessary. An advance deposit of $300 is required to confirm your reservation. Upon arrival, it shall act as a security deposit during your stay. Deposit is not refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival. This is a smoke-free home with no inside pets allowed. Violation of the smoking and pet rules is grounds for total forfeiture of deposit.

ALL rent due must be paid in FULL prior to check-in. No refunds will be given for early departures or for weather-related reasons. Additional terms and conditions are contained in a rental agreement which must be signed and returned prior to your stay.

Deposit Refunds:
Upon inspection of the property, deposits will be promptly returned. If any inventory is found to be missing, damaged, or destroyed, entire deposit may be forfeited.

Check-in and check-out:
3:00 PM check-in – check-out by 12:00 Noon.

We accept PayPal, cash, check, money order, travelers checks, and cashier checks.
