sick of the crime in corpus christi. vacations became scarey.
we drove the coastline going back home from C.C. in '96 up

Also just a suggestion,
have the rental places do a Star Rating program (1 to 5 stars
5 being the best)because some of these places are not the
greatest and I would not like to make a reservation and have
it not be all that was expected.

I love Matagorda!!!
We usually stay at either the RV park (HI SPANKY, Tennessee,
and Ken), or at Rawlings (Hi Suzanne!!), but would like to
try Matagordaville. I really wanted the little cottage next
to it, but it sold before we even knew it was on the market.
Matagorda is a wonderful place and I hope very few more people
discover it. |

I'm looking for
a summer rental(2001) for 4-6 weeks(June-July), my parents
are retired, my father spends 3 weeks of each month there
in Matagorda....for the first time in our lives(this past
summer) my boys and I were able to spend quality time with
them. The problem was, we spent a great deal of time searching
for places to stay, bouncing around from week to week. I am
looking for a moderately priced place that will accomodate
a us,(2 adults, 2 children, and a boat). I am a teacher, when
school is out, we would love to spend as much of the summer
as we can in Matagorda. Thanks |
