Rates:
NIGHTLY: $55.00 electricity included
WEEKLY: $190.00 plus electricity w/$75.00 Deposit
MONTHLY: $425.00 plus electricity w/$200.00 Deposit
Long Term: 1st - 5th month $425 + electricity, 6th - 12th month $375 + electricity. After one year, rate remains at $350 per month + electricity. Deposit is $200 for electricity. Rent due on 1st of each month. After the 5th of each month, a $25 late fee will be added.

River House Rental:
Rental house on the river available.
$300 per night, deposit of $250 plus cleaning fee of $125
Four bedroom: One king bed, one queen, two full beds
Two full bathrooms, Fully equipped kitchen
