No Smoking inside the house and No pets of any size, please.

Deposits:
Security deposit of $300 and a signed
copy of lease agreement are due no later than 7-days after your
reservation is made to secure dates. All rents due must be made
in full 21-days prior to check in.
Deposits are-refundable for cancellations if made 21-days prior
to arrival date. Deposit refunded within 7 days upon satisfactory
inspection of the property.
