Regular Season:
$300 per night; 4 night
minimum.
Winter Rates
(November, December, January, February):
$250 per night, 4 night minimum.
Weekly
rate: One week for six nights rent.
Holiday's and tournaments: $400/night,
4-night minimum.
-Security Deposit of $300 required.
-No Smoking inside
the house and No pets of any size, please.

signed copy of lease agreement are due no later than 7-days after your reservation
is made to secure dates. All rents due must be made in full 21-days prior to check
in.
Deposits are-refundable for cancellations if made 21-days prior to arrival
date. Deposit refunded within 7 days upon satisfactory inspection of the property.
