1st Floor:
Living Room: Sofa, love seat and chair with TV / VCR.
Dining Room: Seating for 4 at table and additional seating at bar top.
Kitchen: Electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, roaster, coffee maker, pots & pans. All utensils are provided, dishes and silverware.
Utility Room: Washer & Dryer
Master Bedroom: Queen Size bed with dresser and night stand.
Also a deck overlooking intracoastal and Matagorda Bay.
Master Bath: Shower and Tub.

2nd Floor:
Guest Room 1: Queen Size bed with chest of drawers and night stand.
Guest Room 2: King Size bed, dresser, night stands, and a large closet. Also a balcony overlooks the canal and boat slip.
Bath 1: Shower with nice countertop space with linoleum flooring.

3rd Floor:
Guest Bedroom 3: Twins beds, small chest of drawers, and night stand.

Deposits:
Security deposit of $300 and a signed copy of lease agreement are due no later than 7-days after your reservation is made to secure dates. All rents due must be made in full 21-days prior to check in.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations unless made 21-days prior to arrival date.
