per night; 2 night minimum (holiday’s 3-night minimum),

Winter Rates (November, December, January, February)
$225 per night, 2 night minimum, $1,350 per week.
No Smoking inside
the house and No pets, please.

Deposits:
Security deposit of $300 and a signed
copy of lease agreement are due no later than 7-days after your
reservation is made to secure dates. All rents due must be made
in full 21-days prior to check in.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations unless made 21-days
prior to arrival date.
