Kitchen: Convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, glasses. Granite countertops and slate floors.

Full size washer & dryer located in utility area by kitchen.

Bathrooms: 2 Bathrooms with walk in slate and granite showers. 1 Bath/Shower combination, Linens and bath towels are furnished. Furniture located on decks and downstairs patio. BBQ pit located downstairs. Don’t forget beach towels, chairs, food and personal toiletries and insect repellent.

Rental Rates:
$250 per night; 2 night minimum (holiday’s 3-night minimum), $1,500 per week.

Security deposit of $300 required

Winter Rates (November, December, January, February)
$225 per night, 2 night minimum, $1,350 per week.

Deposits:
Security deposit of $300 and a signed copy of lease agreement are due no later than 7-days after your reservation is made to secure dates. All rents due must be made in full 21-days prior to check in. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations unless made 21-days prior to arrival date.
