Furnishings Include:
Free Wireless Internet and Dish Network with HBO.
Central Heat and A/C.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own deck.
2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.
3rd bedroom is a loft with 4 single beds and a separate sitting area.
Two bathrooms with showers and tubs.
Upper and Lower decks (view of Pool and Gulf).
Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot and charcoal BBQ grill.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Towels and linens provided (no daily maid service).

Amenities:
Amenities of the condominium complex include a large swimming pool, lagoon with catch and release fishing and crabbing, ice machine, restrooms with showers and laundry facilities; located at Matagorda Beach with the Gulf of Mexico just over the dunes. Children must be accompanied by an adult when using pool or pool area. There is NO lifeguard at pool.
Non-Smoking and No Pets. Firearms, Fireworks, and ATV's are not allowed in the complex or on the beach.

Suggest You Bring:
Drinking Water, Food, Insect Repellent, Sun Screen, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs. Charcoal, lighter and personal toiletries.

Rental Rates:

Reservations:
Advance rental reservations are necessary.
ALL rents due must be paid in FULL PRIOR to check in.
No refunds will be given for early departures unless approved by management
A security deposit of $200 is required prior to arrival.

Check in time and check out:
Check in at 2PM - Check out at 10 am.

Payments - We accept credit cards.

Unit can accommodate up to 6 people.

Driving Directions:

From Austin: Take Bastrop Hwy East which becomes SR-71 East/South. Stay on SR-71 past El Campo. Look for FM 1468 15 miles South of El Campo. Turn left on FM 1468 to Markham. Turn left on SR-35 East. In Bay City turn right and Take SR-60 South to Matagorda.
From Houston: Take US-59 South to Wharton. Then take SR-60 south thru Bay City to Matagorda.
From San Antonio: Take I-10 East to SR-71 East/South. Stay on SR-71 past El Campo. Look for FM 1468 15 miles South of El Campo. Turn left on FM 1468 to Markham. Turn left on SR-35 East. In Bay City turn right and Take SR-60 South to Matagorda.

Once you arrive in Matagorda turn left at the stop sign, FM 2031. Go over the bridge and about 5.4 miles from town turn left at the beach access and Dunes sign. Go about 1/8 mile and make a right towards the condos, you will see our gate. Go another 1/10 mile to the condos and drive on the left side of condos staying on the pavement. Turn right towards the island and clubhouse. You should be at the 2nd bridge that leads to the island and clubhouse. There is lots of parking by the 2nd bridge.
