Amenities:
Amenities of the condominium complex include a large swimming
pool, lagoon, ice machine, restrooms with showers and laundry
facilities; located at Matagorda Beach with the Gulf of Mexico
just over the dunes. Children must be accompanied by an adult
when using pool or pool area. There is NO lifeguard at pool.
Non-Smoking and No Pets. Firearms, Fireworks, and ATV's are
not allowed in the complex or on the beach.
Suggest You
Bring:
Your Food, Insect Repellent, Sun Screen, Beach Towels, Lawn
Chairs, etc.
Rental
Rates:
Rental rates are $200 per night, minimum 2 nights.
Weekly rate is $1200 for seven nights.
Holidays are $200 per night with a three day minimum.
Advance
rental reservations are necessary.
There is a non-refundable $25 application fee that is due when
you send in the completed rental application and the signed
contract. ALL rents due must be paid in FULL PRIOR to check
in. No refunds will be given for early departures.
An advance
deposit of $200 is required to confirm your reservation. Upon
arrival, it shall act as a security deposit during your stay.
If there is a cancellation, deposit may be non-refundable.

Directions:
From
Austin:
Take Bastrop Hwy East which becomes SR-71 East/South.
Stay on SR-71 past El Campo. Look for FM 1468 15 miles
South of El Campo. Turn left on FM 1468 to Markham. Turn
left on SR-35 East. In Bay City turn right and Take SR-60
South to Matagorda.
From Houston: Take US-59 South to Wharton. Then take SR-60 south
thru Bay City to Matagorda.
From San Antonio: Take I-10 East to SR-71
East/South. Stay on SR-71 past El Campo. Look for FM 1468
15 miles South of El Campo. Turn left on FM 1468 to Markham.
Turn left on SR-35 East. In Bay City turn right and Take
SR-60 South to Matagorda.
Once
you arrive in Matagorda, go left at the blinking light,
cross the bridge, go five miles out on River Road, and
take a left at the entrance.Go straight into the townhouse
complex, bear to the left , and park by the bridge to
the pool. The unit is on the lagoon/pool island. |
