This two bedroom, two-bath unit has all you need to make that beach vacation truly something to remember. Fully furnished, the master features a queen size bed, while the upstairs loft has one full size bed and two bunk beds. It comfortably sleeps up to a maximum of six people. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, & dishwasher will provide all the comforts of home with none of the cares. Sit on the deck at the end of a great day fishing, swimming, bird watching, or just beachcombing, and enjoy a cool frozen drink while watching the sun set right in front of you. This is the perfect place to stay for family and friends to enjoy all that Matagorda Beach has to offer. Dish TV and a VCR will entertain you while central A/C and ceiling fans keep you cool after a fun filled, hot day on the beach. A charcoal grill is provided for cooking those "great catches". (charcoal not provided) Offering a large clean pool with restrooms, showers, and a swim up bar, a catch & release fishing lagoon, laundry facility available on the island, and miles and miles of beach to explore, this becomes the perfect place to make memories for a lifetime.

Amenities:
Amenities of the condominium complex include a large swimming pool, tennis court, lagoon, ice machine, swim-up bar, club house, restrooms with showers and laundry facilities; located at Matagorda Beach with the Gulf of Mexico just over the dunes.

No Smoking in Condo. No Pets allowed. Firearms and fireworks are not allowed.
Please take your trash to dumpster before checking out and leaving the property.

Suggest You Bring:
Your Food, Insect Repellent, Sun Screen, Beach Towels, Lawn Chairs, etc.

Rental Rates:
Rental rates are $190 per night, minimum 2 nights.
Holiday weekends are $200 per night, minimum 3 nights.
Rental rates are based on maximum of six persons.

Advance rental reservations are necessary.
ALL rents due must be paid in FULL PRIOR to check in.
No refunds will be given for early departures.

An advance deposit of $300 is required to confirm your reservation.
Upon arrival, it shall act as a security deposit during your stay.
Deposit is not refundable for cancellations.

Condo comfortably sleeps a maximum of six persons.
The size of your group must be included with the reservation. Rates are for 6 people, including children over the age of 3. HOA rules limit occupancy to 6 guests per unit.
Failure to abide by this will result in loss of your security deposit.

Check in time and check out: 2:00 PM check in, check out by Noon.

Driving Directions:

From Austin: Take Bastrop Hwy East which becomes SR-71 East/South. Stay on SR-71 past El Campo. Look for FM 1468 15 miles South of El Campo. Turn left on FM 1468 to Markham. Turn left on SR-35 East. In Bay City turn right and Take SR-60 South to Matagorda. From Houston: Take US-59 South to Wharton. Then take SR-60 south thru Bay City to Matagorda. From San Antonio: Take I-10 East to SR-71 East/South. Stay on SR-71 past El Campo. Look for FM 1468 15 miles South of El Campo. Turn left on FM 1468 to Markham. Turn left on SR-35 East. In Bay City turn right and Take SR-60 South to Matagorda.
