· Unit 50 rental rates are $200 per night per unit,
minimum 2 nights. If rented for 7 nights, one night is free. Reservations will
be held one year in advance.
· Effective January 3, 2010, rental rates
will be $225 per night, minimum 2 nights.
· We require a one night
deposit to hold your reservation..

The state occupancy rule for Matagorda Dunes Condo units is no more than six persons
per unit. (It is a violation of the community rules to rent a unit and then invite
large numbers of persons for a party.)

· No Lifeguard on duty. Maximum
capacity of the pool is 30.
· No more than 6 guests from any one condo
may be in the pool at one time.
· Pool hours are from 7:00 A.M. to 10:00
P.M.
· Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
at all times when in the pool area.
· Please shower before entering
the pool
· Proper bathing attire is required at all times

No climbing on, diving or jumping from bar or bar stools
· No food or
beverages allowed in the pool.
· No glass containers allowed on the
island.
· All children (under 18 years of age) are restricted from the
island after 9:00 P.M.
· Be Considerate - Keep noise and music at a
moderate level
· No cooking allowed on the pool island. Properly dispose
of all trash
· No animals allowed in the pool area or on the pool island.

Fishing and crabbing in the lagoon is on a "catch and release" basis

park only in designated parking places.
Dune buggies, motorcycles, and all
terrain vehicles are not allowed The only thing we overlook
is the ocean -- and the view of the gulf from the

Protection (Four Wheelers and Dune Buggies)
The Texas Coastal Management
Program identifies potentially adverse activities which would contribute to the
erosion of Texas dunes and beaches. The dunes between Matagorda Dunes Condos and
the beach are protected under this program and, therefore, no vehicles are permitted
on the dunes. The Beach Patrol and Sheriff's department are the enforcers in our
area and will ticket violators. Beach
Access
The Beach can be accessed by walking over the dunes or by entering
the beach in a licensed vehicle at the beach entrance. Beach Permits (reasonably
priced) are required for all vehicles and can be purchased in several Matagorda
commercial establishments. At certain times of the year permits are sold at the
beach entrance. They are also available at Matagorda businesses.
