Amenities of the 4 condominium complex
include a pleasant lagoon, a large pool and the Gulf of Mexico
just over the dunes. Unit 50 is a meticulously furnished beach-front
Beach Front 3 bedroom/two bath condo. In addition to a stove
and refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, microwave,
coffee maker, coffee and filters, bottled water, charcoal
grill and 2 TVs with Dish Network and a DVD/VCR player are
furnished. Linens, towels, dishes, flatware, cookware, dishwashing
liquid and powder are also provided. The only things you need
to bring with you are personal soap, food and other personal
items, beach towels, beach chairs, bug spray. The only thing
we overlook is the ocean -- and the view of the gulf
from the extra large deck is awesome!
No Smoking in Condo, No Pets allowed
in Condo without special permission. Firearms and fireworks
are not allowed at any time. Please take trash to dumpster
before checking out and leaving the property.

RENTAL
RATES
Effective January 1, 2007:
$200 per night, minimum 2 nights. If rented for 7 nights,
one night is free.
 Advance
rental reservations are necessary.
A deposit of one night's rent
required to confirm your reservation.
Rental rates are for six (6)
persons. The size of your group must be included with the
reservation.

We accept cash, personal or
company checks or traveler checks. NO credit cards accepted.
 POOL,
POOL AREA AND POOL ISLAND RULES
- Pool hours are from 7:00 A.M. to 10:00
P.M.
- Children under 12 years of age must be
accompanied by an adult at all times when in the pool area.
- No food or beverages allowed in the pool.
- No glass containers allowed in the pool
area.
- All children (under 18 years of age)
are restricted from the island after 9:00 P.M.
- Radios, tape players, etc. must be kept
to a moderate volume level when played on the island.
- No cooking allowed on the island.
- It is requested that you deposit all
trash in containers provided around the pool.
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times
while on the island. You must cleanup thoroughly after your
pets on an on-going basis.
- Fishing and crabbing in the lagoon is
on a "catch and release" basis only.
MOTOR
VEHICLES
Please do not park on the grass. Use the
roadways only.
Dune buggies, motorcycles, and all terrain
vehicles are not to be used within the housing area or raced
on the entrance road.
