Amenities of the condominium complex include a large swimming pool, tennis court,
lagoon, ice machine, swim-up bar, club house, restrooms with showers and laundry
facilities; located at Matagorda Beach with the Gulf of Mexico just over the dunes.
No Smoking in Condo. Firearms and fireworks are not allowed. Please take
your trash to dumpster before checking out and leaving the property.

Rental
Rates:
-Rental
rates are $170* per night, minimum two (2) nights stay.
-Holiday weekends are $200* per night, minimum three (3) nights.
-Weekly, Monthly or Extended Stays are WELCOME! Please contact

Rental
rates are based on maximum of six (6) persons.
*One-time
$60 cleaning fee per rental is collected by us and passed on
to the cleaning service. This ensures the condo is clean and
ready for use.

We accept cash, money orders, traveler
checks and Credit Cards.
Advance
rental reservations are necessary.
ALL rents due must be paid in FULL PRIOR to check in.
No refunds will be given for early departures.
An advance deposit of $200 is required to confirm your reservation. Upon arrival,
it shall act as a security deposit during your stay. Deposit is not refundable
for cancellations.
Condo
comfortably sleeps a maximum of six persons.
The size of your group must be included with the reservation.

Austin:
Take Bastrop Hwy East which becomes SR-71 East/South. Stay on SR-71 past El Campo.
Look for FM 1468 15 miles South of El Campo. Turn left on FM 1468 to Markham.
Turn left on SR-35 East. In Bay City turn right and Take SR-60 South to Matagorda.
From Houston: Take US-59 South to Wharton. Then take SR-60 south
thru Bay City to Matagorda.
From San Antonio: Take I-10 East
to SR-71 East/South. Stay on SR-71 past El Campo. Look for FM 1468 15 miles South
of El Campo. Turn left on FM 1468 to Markham. Turn left on SR-35 East. In Bay
City turn right and Take SR-60 South to Matagorda. |
