Complex includes large swimming pool, lagoon for fish and release only, ice machine, swim-up bar, club house, restrooms with showers, & laundry facility. Gulf just over the dunes.

Food, Insect Repellent, Sun Screen, Beach Towels, Drinking Water, Toilet Paper & Paper Towels

NO SMOKING IN CONDO, NO COOKING ON GRILL ON DECKS, NO FIREARMS OR FIREWORKS.
Please remove trash to dumpsters before checking out and leaving property.

RENTAL RATES

-Rental rates are $170.00 per night, minimum (2) nights stay
-Holiday weekends are $200.00 per night (3) night minimum
-Weekly, Monthly or Extended Stays are WELCOME. Please contact us to discuss details.

RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON MAXIMUM OF SIX (6) PERSONS

*One time $60.00 cleaning fee per rental is collected along with $300.00 damage deposit when reservation is confirmed. Deposit will be returned upon inspection of premises. Deposit is NOT refundable for cancellations. Animal deposit of $100.00, refundable after inspection. All animals must be kept on leash, and not permitted on island.

Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth Of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.

We accept cash, checks, money order and traveler checks.

ADVANCED RENTAL RESERVATIONS ARE NECESSARY

ALL rent due must be PAID IN FULL prior to check in.
NO refund will be given for early departure.

Check out time: 12:00 noon
