Features and Amenities: This rental property consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, a living room and den, with central heat and air conditioning. Two bedrooms feature king sized beds, one bedroom has two twin beds and one bedroom has double sized bunk beds. Home can sleep five (5) couples comfortably. There are three love seats which convert to twin beds. The house is fully furnished with all bed and bath linens, cooking utensils and serveware, dishwasher, microwave, two TV's, two refrigerators, washer and dryer, barbecue pit and a Manitowoc ice machine. There is a large deck, partially covered, with porch swings and picnic tables and a paved parking area. Location: We are conveniently located only a few blocks from Matagorda Harbor and conveniently located in the town of Matagorda at the corner of Austin and Peach Streets. Only minutes away are local restaurants, convenience stores, boat ramps, and bait camps. Matagorda Bays and Beach offers visitors beach combing, shelling, bird watching, fishing and swimming and are only a few minutes away by boat or car. Rental Rates: One Day Rental, Sunday through Thursday nights $225 Two Day Rental, Sunday through Thursday nights $400 Two Day Rental Minimum on Weekends, Friday and Saturday nights $400 Any Holiday Weekend, 3 Day Minimum $600 Weekly Rental $1000 Reservations/Deposits: We require a $200 deposit. Deposit is refundable with 30 days notice of cancellation. No refunds will be given for early departures or weather related reasons. Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 12 Noon unless prior arrangements are made. Payment in Full is required at Check in. All rentals are subject to 6% hotel/motel tax. Deposit Refunds: Upon inspection of property, deposits will be returned. If any inventory is found to be damage, destroyed or missing, the entire deposit will be forfeited. This is a No Smoking house: Smoking is not allowed inside. No pets allowed inside. Payments Accepted: We accept cash, personal checks, company checks, or traveler's checks. Sorry, no credit cards.
