Furnishings and Features:
Water front home features open lower level, completely furnished kitchen, comfortable den and dining area, room to dock your boat, fish cleaning table, bulk head, electric range, refrig, microwave, Satellite TV.....all towels and linens furnished. Also provoded is BBQ pit and picnic table at ground level.

Location:
We are conveniently located east of Matagorda on the Intracoastal Canal and only minutes from town. Local restaurants, convenience stores, boat ramps, and bait camps are nearby. Matagorda Bays and Beach offers visitors beachcombing, shelling, birdwatching, fishing and swimming and both are only a few minutes away by boat or car.

Rental Rates:
Rates: $150 per night, two night minimum..

Reservations/Deposits:
We require a $250 rental/security deposit for ALL stays, regardless of length of rental. NO exceptions.
Advance rental reservations REQUIRED.

Deposit Refunds:
Upon inspection of property, deposits will be returned within 10 days. If any inventory is found to be missing, damaged or destroyed, deposit will be forfeited.

No Smoking - No Pets allowed. Please take your trash with you when you depart the property. Please respect our property. It is the renters responsibility to leave the home as clean as it was when you checked in. We truly hope that you will enjoy your stay with us.
