twins, TV, and coffee maker. Bathroom has large shower.

miles from Matagorda Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. With only
four cabins, this property offers privacy, security, and comfort.
We are conveniently located only minutes from local restaurants
and convenience stores. Nearby Matagorda Bays and Beach offers
visitors beachcombing, shelling, birdwatching, fishing and
swimming!
Rental Rates:
Nightly and weekly rates available....Rental rates are based
on four persons.
Advance rental reservations are recommended.
ALL rents due must be paid in FULL at check in.
No refunds will be given for early departures.
An advance deposit of $75 is required
to confirm your reservation. Deposit is refundable if cancellation
is made more than 7 days prior to your arrival.
Each unit sleeps four persons comfortably.
The size of your group must be included with the reservation.
Check in time and check out: 2:00 PM check
in, check out by 11:00 am.
We accept cash, credit cards, money orders,
or traveler checks.
