LOCATION:
"La Brisa", #99 on BEACH FRONT RD. in STERLING SHORES SUBDIVISION

FEATURES:
2 bedroom, 1 bath. The living room has a double bed futon and a large sectional couch. We have linens and towels and cookware (inc. plates, glasses, silverware). Each bedroom has an AC unit, and there is an AC unit in the large room. The house also has TV, VCR, satellite system, microwave oven, and gas grill. There is a utility room downstairs with a washer and dryer. We have trash pick up on Friday. Maid service provided upon departure.

 

RENTAL RATES:
SUMMER RATES (March 1-Sept. 30):
$150/night w/2 night minimum
$750/week

WINTER RATES (Oct. 1-Feb. 29):
$125/night w/2 night minimum
$625/week

Additional Charge for Holiday Rentals

 DEPOSIT: $150

Sorry, no smoking or pets inside.
