located at the corner of Hwy. 60 and Austin Street, Matagorda, Tx. We currently
have 138 storage spaces in 30', 36' and 40' lengths.
Facility is
well lighted and completely gated and fenced. Each renter provides their
own lock and key. Entry to the fenced area is with a keypad; each person has their
own code. All storage
units have concrete floors and are electrically wired with two wall outlets and
overhead lighting. Storage facility
has two lighted wash-down areas with concrete floors for convenient cleanup of
your boat or RV. There is an electrical outlet on the washdown area. Rental rates:
The 30' L for $75 per month, 36' L rent for $95 per month and the 40' L rent for
$115 per month. Sign and pay
