2 bedrooms,
1 bath upstairs, 1 toilet downstairs Microwave, TV, CD, DVD, VCR Satellite Dish
Network, Dishes, Pots Pans, Coffee Pot All linens, (we do not furnish towels for
the beach), Washer and Dryer Fishing Lights, Fish Cleaning Sink, Crab Traps, Minnow
Trap, Porch swings and lawn chairs for top deck and downstairs.
We do
not furnish lawn chairs for the beach. 32’ X 16’ top deck, half covered. Fenced
in down stairs under house. Old Smokey Bar-B-Que Pit, larger pit available for
rent $25.00 per rental. Must bring own charcoal, and lighter. Please clean any
pits used before you leave. Please no fires anywhere but in the BBQ pits, charcoal
only.
Rental Rates:
Daily rental rate: $200.00. March1st
through October 31st.
Off season rate: $175.00. November 1st though Febuary 28th.
Please call for special weekly and
holiday rates.

Sleeps 8 adults, additional $20.00 per person
over 8 .
Check in 2:00PM, Check out 12:00 noon...Same
check in time applies to weekdays.
Deposit:
$200.00 will secure your reservation upon booking. Your deposit will be returned
when house is inspected after your stay.
Rental
checks are due two weeks before check in date. Cash can be paid upon arrival.
Please contact us at least 1 week before arrival
to make arrangements to pick up your key.

pets inside of house. No waste left in yard.
- Please
leave house as you find it. CLEAN
- Please
take garbage with you if at all possible.
There
is a collection site in Matagorda, on road to Holliday Shores.
- Do not leave any leftover food, crab shells, fish,
etc.
- Please clean sink used for cleaning
fish.
- Please do not clean fish or crabs
in house.
- Any damage to house will be your
responsibility.
- We are not responsible
for accidents.
- We do not furnish beach
towels or mosquito spray. You will need it!
- Please
turn off fishing lights when not is use.
- Washer
and dryer are furnished upstairs please wash any towels and linens used.
- Please
fold linens, place on beds that were used. Beds do not need to be made.
