Furnishings and Features:
Two bedrooms, large kitchen, spacious den with a GREAT view of River, West Matagorda Bay and fishing pier with room to dock boat. Home is NEW, featuring central heat and A/C, lighted fishing pier with fish cleaning table, bulk head, electric range, refrig, microwave, Satellite TV, movie channels, all towels and linens furnished, sleeps seven to eight persons (has 1 queen bed in one bedroom and fullbed/twin bunk, twin/twin bunk beds in other bedroom, couch can be slept on if needed). Also available for your convenience are BBQ pit and picnic table at ground level beneath home. House is fully furnished. The number in your party must me stated at time of booking reservation. See to believe!

Location:
We are conveniently located only minutes from the town of Matagorda. Local restaurants, convenience stores, boat ramps, and bait camps are nearby. Matagorda Bays and Beach offers visitors beachcombing, shelling, birdwatching, fishing and swimming and both are only a few minutes away by boat or car.

Rental Rates:
Peak Season: ( March 1st to Oct. 31st)

$175.00 per night for the weekend and $150.00 per night for the weekday.
One week stay: $150.00 per night
Single day stay: $200.00

"Short Notice Rentals" accepted if we are NOT booked, so give us a Call..

Off-Season:
Rental rates will vary - please call numbers listed for the details.

Reservations/Deposits:
We require a $150 rental/security deposit for ALL stays, regardless of length of rental. NO exceptions.
Advance rental reservations REQUIRED at least 7 days prior to your arrival. ALL rents due must be paid in FULL prior to your check in.
No refunds will be given for early departures or for weather related reasons. Deposits are not refundable for cancellations unless such occurs 60 days prior to your arrival. The size of your group must be included with your reservation.

Deposit Refunds:
Upon inspection of property, deposits will be returned within 10 days. If any inventory is found to be missing, damaged or destroyed, entire deposit will be forfeited.

No Smoking - No Pets allowed. Please take your trash with you when you depart the property. Please respect our property. It is the renters responsibility to leave the home as clean as it was when you checked in. We truly hope that you will enjoy your stay with us.
