*The house is fully furnished and limited to a sleeping capacity of seven (7) persons, eight (8) persons maximum, and parking for four (4) vehicles.

*No RV hook ups available.
*No loud parties or organized social events.
*No rentals will be made to minors.
*No pets allowed.
*No smoking in the house. Smoking is OK outside of the house. DO NOT discard or litter cigarette butts on our porch, deck, yard or in the house!
*When not in use, please turn off the pier lights.
*The house must be left as neat and clean as you found it. Wash and put away all dishes and cooking utensils. Take your trash with you when you depart. DO NOT leave it in house or on property. Turn off all lights, appliances, A/C, heater, etc.
*Upon arrival you may pick up key from Rawlings Bait Camp at 205 Beach Rd. and pay your rental fee.
*Upon departure, lock the door and return the key to Rawlings Bait Camp.
*Check-in is at 3:00 Pm.
*Check-out is at 1:00 PM

*A security deposit of $150 and a signed copy of this lease agreement are due no later than 7 days after your reservation is made to secure your reservation. Your security deposit will be returned to you upon inspection of the property.

* Your DEPOSIT may be forfeited for the following reasons:
1) Any violation of the above rules.
2) You cancel your reservation within 2 weeks of your arrival date.
3) If there is damage or abuse to the property.

NOTE: It is expressly understood and agreed that the owners of said premises will NOT be liable for any damage or any injury to tenant, family or guest or their respective property from any cause arising from the occupancy of said premises by tenant, family or guest.
