Location:
107 Beach Road sleeps 8 persons, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, queen in master, two new fulls in guest #1, two new twins in guest #2, large kitchen with all new appliances including oven, microwave, refrig, dishwasher, coffee maker. Kitchen comes complete with pots, pans, dishes, knives, forks and all cooking utensils. Separate dining area overlooking river has new oak dining set with seating for eight. Has large covered porch overlooking river and great view of Matagorda bay. Spacious living area fully furnished has satellite TV. Has 42 foot fishing pier, covered fish cleaning table, large picnic table, large BBQ pit and plenty of parking space. It is located two miles from River Bend restaurant and only three miles from the Matagorda beach and jetties. We furnish linens for all beds. You only furnish your towels.

Reservations / Deposits:
Deposit is required to reserve rental. Only cash or checks accepted. Payment in full must be made prior to check in.

We require rental / security deposit for all stays, requardless of length of rental. No exceptions. Advance rental reservations required at least 7 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be given for early departures or for weather related reasons. Deposits are not refundable for cancellations unless such occurs 60 days prior to your arrival. The size of your group must be included with your reservation.

Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 12:00 Noon.

Deposit Refunds:
Upon inspection of property, deposits will be refunded within 10 days. If any inventory is found to be missing, damaged or destroyed, entire deposit will be forfeited.

House Rules:
No smoking in house - No pets allowed.

Please take your trash with you when you depart the property. Please respect our property. It is the renters responsibility to leave the home as clean as it was when you checked in. We truly hope that you will enjoy your stay with us.

We accept cash, money orders. We only accept checks 15 days prior to reservation date.
