walking distance of the Matagorda Jetties with right "out-your-door"
access to 24 miles of sandy Matagorda Beach for surf fishing, swimming or beach
combing. The mouth of the Colorado River is equally convenient giving the fisherman
many options. The Matagorda area is recognized as one of the best areas on the
Texas coast for fishing, hunting, and birdwatching.
Features:
NEW large south facing deck with a great view of the Gulf and Jetties. The
inside is attractively decorated with features including large den area, dining
area and bar. Furnishings include 2 Televisions(DishNetwork on both), VCR/DVD,
washer/dryer, Stereo, full kitchen, coffee pot, pots/pans, disposable plates and
utensils are provided. Outside furnishings include 8 high back chairs, 8'picnic
table and bar-b-que pit. Sleeps six persons comfortably - one king size bed, one
queen size bed, one queen size sofa bed and one sofa. Clean pillows and bedspreads
provided. Towels are not provided.

$125.00 per day, $325.00 weekend, $725.00
