NEW large south facing deck with a great view of the Gulf and
Jetties. The inside is attractively decorated with features including
large den area, dining area and bar. Furnishings include 2 Televisions(DishNetwork
on both), VCR/DVD, washer/dryer, Stereo, full kitchen, coffee
pot, pots/pans, disposable plates and utensils are provided. Outside
furnishings include 8 high back chairs, 8'picnic table and bar-b-que
pit. Sleeps six persons comfortably - one king size bed, one queen
size bed, one queen size sofa bed and one sofa. Clean pillows
and bedspreads provided. Towels are not provided.
Rental Rates:
$165.00 per day, $375.00 weekend, $975.00
per Week.

$150.00 Money Order or Cashier Check.

and litter cigarette butts on the lawn.
NO PETS allowed on the premises!
No R/V hookups allowed
No Rentals to minors.
