Located in historic Matagorda Texas at 1007 Austin Street.....the perfect family get-a-way. Close to Matagorda Harbor, restaurants, bait camps, boat ramps, and Matagorda Bays. The jetties and Matagorda Beach are just a short drive. Home is located on large fenced yard and is handicap equipped and has plenty of room inside...see photos below. Three bedrooms/one bath....1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 set of bunk beds, and couch.

Sleeps seven people with extra bedding available if you hae larger groups.

Plenty of books for your reading pleasure....Large living room with TV and bar.

Central heat and A/C, bed linens, towels (good idea to bring your own also), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electri range with 2 ovens, all kitchen utensils, TV - VCR, and washer and dryer.

Rental Rates:
$150.00 per night with a 2 night minimum
$750 per week

A security deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

Rules:
NO smoking inside the house and no pets please .
