Location: 106 Beach Rd. (FM 2031),
Located on the Colorado River, just a little
over 3 miles past the bridge and minutes from the Gulf of Mexico,
this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has all the amenities that the avid
angler or birder could want. East and West Matagorda Bays are
just a short boat ride away. The town of Matagorda is just a
short drive, and public boat ramps are nearby as well.
Upstairs has central air and heat, with an
open floor plan including a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area,
and living area with Dish Network and DVD player. The dining
room has an oak table that seats 6, but by using our extra chairs
we have gotten 10 around the table. There are 3 bedrooms and
2 full baths upstairs, and 1 bedroom and 1 bath downstairs.
The master bath has both a shower and a tub. Televisions are
located in the living area and the master bedroom. Unfortunately,
we dont have wifi available. The master bedroom has a
King size bed. The second bedroom has a full bed and a twin
bed. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is a large
walk-in closet off the Master bedroom that holds 2 twin beds.
There is a washer and dryer located in the utility room for
your convenience, as well as an upright freezer to store your

new A/C and heat unit. The bedroom contains a Queen bed and
has a spacious full bath with a shower.
Outside on the bottom floor you can relax
in a hammock or fish from the lighted 30 pier. Upstairs
enjoy the screened-in porch with table and 4 chairs or lounge
around on our 25 deck. There is plenty of room to dock
your boat and you can clean your fish at the lighted fish-cleaning
There is a BBQ pit with firebox, large enough
to cook for a crew. Also crab traps, propane burner, boiling
pot and frying pot with baskets are all here for your enjoyment.
You will need to bring your own propane and charcoal or wood.
Our house sleeps 8-9 comfortably, with a
maximum of 11 people. Parking is provided only on our property
with a maximum of 7 vehicles. All linens and towels are provided,
except for beach towels.
Items to bring:
Charcoal, lighter fluid, insect repellent,
beach towels, beach chairs, food, and personal toiletries.
$300 per night plus tax with a 3 night minimum.

All rentals will be charged a 6% Hotel Tax.
There is also a $75 maid service fee.

A security deposit of $250, a signed copy
of the Lease Agreement, and a signed copy of the House &
Deck Rules are due no later than 7 days after your reservation
is made to secure your reservation. All rents, including hotel
tax, must be paid in full 30 days prior to check in date. There
is no refund of rent or deposit if you cancel within 30 days
of the rental date.

Upon satisfactory inspection of the property,
deposits will be returned within 7 days. Any property damage
or breakage of the Rules is the renters responsibility
and all or part of the deposit may be forfeited.
