Rental Features
This newly renovated beach house overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. It accommodates 10 people comfortably with three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and half bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and one double bed. The third bedroom has four twin beds. There is a large open living room which includes a six foot couch, a four foot love seat, wide screen TV, and DVD player. The dining area includes a table with six chairs and a large eating bar with four stools. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker as well as dishes, utensils, cups, pots and pans. The home has central heating and air conditioning. There is also an outside shower to rinse off the beach sand. The two decks have chairs for looking at the Gulf in the front and Matagorda Bay in the back.

Regular Weekday Rate - $150.00 /Night (2 Nights minimum).
Weekend Rate - $175.00 /Night (2 Nights minimum).

Holiday Weekly Rate - $900.00
