Description: 107 Beachfront... Martiniville.....Big house! Big deck! Big fun! Bring your friends and family and enjoy this 4 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath beach house with a great view of the gulf and great view of the wetlands for bird watching. The master has a king size select comfort bed and 1/2 bath. The middle bedroom has a queen bed. The back bedroom has a queen and bunk beds. Downstairs has full bath with washer & dryer and a partition separating the sleeping area with a queen fold out sofa. Large kitchen, dining and living area. Satellite TV, CD, VCR, Stereo, Central H/AC, Outdoor shower, Covered parking. All ready for you to enjoy. Rental Rates: $150 per night for 4 persons, $200 per night up to 8 persons, $250 per night for a maximum of 10 persons. Two (2) night minimum rental. Check in after 4:00 Pm; check out by 1:00 Pm Deposits: Deposit varies with number of guests, refundable if you leave it like you found it, we'll wash the sheets and towels.
