Welcome to the Weeks’ River House - #11 Beach Road (FM 2031)

Come & enjoy yourself at our new weekend home! We just completed construction in April 2005, just in time for spring & summer guest. We are located on the Colorado River, just 2 miles South of the draw bridge. Matagorda Beach is just a few minutes from our home. East & West Bays are just a short boat ride away. Actually you can view both bays from our home. The town of Matagorda is just 2 miles away, offering many restaurants such as; Seafood, Mexican food, Cajun food, & Pizza! Stanley's Grocery store is located right before the drawbridge with fishing, tackle & supplies. Public boat ramp located just past the drawbridge on Beach Road.

Furnishings & Features:

Sleeps 8 people

Master bedroom – 1 queen bed

Guestroom – 1 full/1 twin

Guestroom – 1 full/1 twin

3 bedroom/2 baths with living room, kitchen, & dining area.

Living Room: T.V./Satellite, VCR, DVD, Tan Suede sofa, love seat, chair & ottoman. French Doors open to deck overlooking river.

Kitchen: Full kitchen appliances, including a built in icemaker – (50# capacity); range, dishwasher,
refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, silverware, dishes, pots & pans.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a queen bed, T.V., wicker furniture and decorated with tropical prints, French doors open to deck overlooking river from Master Bedroom.
Guest bedroom#1: has 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, and decorated in pastels. Guest bedroom #2: has 1 full bed, 1
twin bed and decorated in Hawaiian print. All linens and bath towels are furnished.

Outside:
The covered back porch is actually the length of the entire house – 50’, which overlooks the
Colorado River, and offers a great view of the river. The spacious sundeck on the south side of the house
overlooks the river and a great view of East & West Matagorda Bay! Patio Table & Chairs are located on
the top deck. Downstairs there is a picnic table and chairs to use while you bar-b-que, or have a fish fry.
Bar-B-Que pit is available upstairs as well. There is a 30’ lighted pier for day/night fishing. Along with a
fish cleaning table with sink and water! The downstairs is completely concreted under the house for plenty
of room for extra tables and chairs!

Cleaning:
There is a washer & dryer located upstairs in laundry closets for your convenience. If anyone is interested in washing clothes while on vacation…Yeah right!!! Just relax and enjoy!

Items to bring:
Charcoal, lighter fluid, insect repellant, beach towels, beach chairs, lawn chairs, food, & personal toiletries

Rental Rates and Payments:

$1500 Per Week - $250 Per Night with a 2 night minimum for Weekends

$ 350 Per Night for Holiday Weekends

$ 250 Deposit Required

Rates are based on eight people. Additional people $25.00 per person per night
(Maximum person(s) allowed is 10)

Check in/Check Out Times:
Check in time 3:00 Pm .......Check Out 11:00 Am

Payments:
A security deposit of $250 and a signed copy of the lease agreement are due no later than 7 days after your reservation is made to secure your reservation. All rents due must be paid in full 21 days prior to check in. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations unless made 21 days prior to your arrival date.
