Furnishings and Features - Krenek Beach House #133:

Come and treat yourself, family, and friends to a relaxing get-a-way in this brightly colored and inviting vacation house on the river. The inside has been recently redecorated with different floral and aquatic designs. Along with the brightly painted walls the atmosphere of the house is full of fun and excitement. Come and enjoy!

Outside - We have a spacious sundeck and covered patio with a picnic table and BBQ pit. Downstairs there are picnic tables and chairs to use while you barbeque or have a fish fry.

There is a boat lift that has easy access. Along with this a cleaning table is located conveniently on the pier where you can clean the "catch of the day." The table is covered and has a sink with a working faucet. The pier is equipped with lighting for night fishing.

Inside - The house sleeps up to EIGHT people comfortably. With an additional charge of $25 per person per night, can sleep ten.

Sleeping arrangements include:
Master bedroom/king size bed
Guest room #1/2 twin beds
Guest room #2/1 full size bed and 2 twin size beds
Living room/one queen size hide-a-bed
Along with the beautiful decorations there are many bright paintings through out the house done by world renowned artist Jean Weeks.

Living Room - The living room is furnished with taupe colored leather couch, love seat, oversized chair and ottoman. It is accented with bright yellow, purple, and blue pillows and wicker tables.

Kitchen - As you enter the house through the covered patio doors you will enter the kitchen and dining room. There are eight bar stools at the big bar used for serving or seating. The dining room table is made of wood with eight oversized swivel chairs upholstered in a palm tree pattern.

Bedrooms - The master bedroom is painted with a warm shade of seafoam green with white trim. It is decorated with bamboo furniture and shell mirrors.

The guest room #1 is decorated with periwinkle, corals, and yellows.

While the other guest room is brightly painted yellow with white trim and decorated in a "Cancun theme" with bright blue and yellow colors. There are bright beach bags, coconuts, and driftwood for decorations in the room.

For cleaning purposes there is a dryer and washer conveniently provided behind closet doors in the living room. This is for when you want to wash your clothes. Don't be surprised if you never get up the energy to actually do them though!

For those that would rather relax on the couch there is a TV with cable service provided and a video tape player to keep them happy. Linens are included, but extra beach towels should be brought.

The beach is only a five minute drive down the road from the house. We hope you enjoy your stay if you decide on our house. Be prepared for a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay!

Rental Rates:

$1500 / per week.
$300 / per night with a 2 night minimum.
$350 / per night for holiday weekends...3 night minimum.
$60 added to all rental fees for cleaning fee.
$250 deposit required.
Rates based on eight people. Additional people $25 per person per night.
