Description:
This large 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home sleeps 8 persons
comfortably. Home features 100 ft of water frontage, fishing
pier/boat dock, lights for night fishing, two boat lifts,
screened-in area on lower level, BBQ pit, and spacious parking
area. One bedroom has a queen bed, one bedroom has two double
beds, and master bedroom has king bed. A large screen TV
complements the living room, see photos above for more details.
The east side of the house gives a great view of sunrises
in East Matagorda Bay, while the west side is picturesque
for sunsets overlooking West Matagorda Bay.
Amenities:
The kitchen has a stove/oven and everything you need for
cooking. Plates, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, microwave,
refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee pot are all provided.
We also provide bed linens and towels, but it is recommended
you bring your own towels and personal toiletries. We ask
that you not take our towels to the beach. A fishing pier
with a light for fishing at night allows you to keep a line
in the water during your entire stay. There is also a fish-cleaning
table on the pier.
Location:
#4020 Hwy 2031, lots 147 and 148.... Hwy 2031 is the highway
that leads from the town of Matagorda to Matagorda Beach.
Rental Rates:
$300.00 a night with a two night minimum
Week Rates: 7 days, 6 nights $1,500
Reservations and Deposits:
Advance rental reservations are
necessary. An advance deposit of $300 is required to confirm
your reservation. Upon arrival, it shall act as a security
deposit during your stay. Deposit is not refundable for
cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
No Smoking - No Pets:
This is a smoke-free home with no inside pets allowed.
Violation of the smoking and pet rules is grounds for total
forfeiture of your deposit.
ALL rent due must be paid in FULL prior
to check-in. No refunds will be given for early departures
or for weather-related reasons.
Deposit Refunds:
Upon inspection of the property,
deposits will be returned within 10 days. If any inventory
is found to be missing, damaged, or destroyed, entire deposit
may be forfeited.
Please respect our property as if it
were your own.
