King's Landing.
Unit features two queen beds, two twin beds and a queen sofa bed and each will sleep a total of 8. TV with Satellite, Washer/Dryer, 1 1/2 bathrooms, Bed Linens, bath towels and cooking utensils and pots supplied....You must bring your own food. Comfortable patio furniture. All brand new furniture and brand new construction. Bulk head with large wide dock, ideal to have a fishing guide pick you up on the way to great Matagorda Offshore or surf fishing! Seconds up the road from the beach, jetties and mouth of the river into the Gulf.

Location:
We are located right next door to Rawlings bait camp where the renters have access to a small store, boat launch,bait, cleaning tables, and of course fresh seafood to eat. Great views of both East and West Matagorda Bays.


Rental Rates:
Regular Season (March through October) and Holidays
Two Night Minimum rental
Sun - Thur, $175/night
Friday - Sat, $200/night ( Fri and Sat can't be broken up )
Ask about weekly rates
Short notice rental rates available if we are not booked! Call for rates.

Off-Season Rates:
Two Night Minimum rental
$150/night, Monday-Sunday
Ask about weekly rates
Longer term off-season rates are available...Inquire for details.

Security Deposit:
$200 deposit required.

Payment Methods Accepted:
We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders and Credit Cards.

No Smoking - No Pets allowed.
