Rental Rates:
High Season (March - November) & Holidays - Two night minimum
Friday - Saturday - $225.00 per night
Sunday - Thursday - $200.00 per night
Weekly, $1200.00

Low Season (December- February) - Two night minimum
$175.00 per night
Weekly - $950.00

No Smoking - No Pets Allowed

Payments Accepted, Deposit and Refunds:
$200 security deposit by check required at time of reservation. This is not part of your rent and will be returned to you upon inspection of property after your stay.

Full Payment must be made 14 days prior to check-in. We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards through PayPal.
