The Rules:
1) No smoking in the house and no cigarette butts in the yard.
2) No pets allowed!
3) Please leave house as clean as you found it.
4) Take garbage with you when you depart.
5) There is a garbage collection station on Cemetery Rd
6) Please clean sink used for cleaning fish.
7) Do not clean fish or crabs in the house.
8) Any damage to house will be your responsibility.
9) We are not responsible for accidents.
10) You must bring your own BEACH TOWELS.
11) We do not furnish mosquito spray....bring your own.
12) Turn off FISHING LIGHTS when not in use.
13) Please wash and dry any towels and linens used during your stay.
14) Place cleaned linens on beds that were used.
15) Use grill or cooker on concrete...not on grass.
