Pelican Properties Rental #24 is located one mile south of the bridge in Matagorda.  This riverfront home is on a quiet street, ½ mile from the local café and boat ramp, and just minutes from the beach.  It offers plenty of boat and trailer parking.  Relax and enjoy the view from any of the seating areas.  

New Rental and Completely Furnished 

This newly remodeled, upscale accommodation features three bedrooms (with 6 twin beds), two full baths, spacious living/dining area and a satellite HD TV.  The new kitchen has all major appliances:  refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher.  It also contains everything you need…dishes, flatware, glassware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker….just the way you would expect it!   

We provide bed linens and towels, but we recommend that you bring your own beach towels and toiletries.  Sleeping capacity is six persons maximum. 

Our oversized upper deck is great for enjoying the river and charming sunsets.  We also have a large covered patio with a barbeque pit and two picnic tables.  Water frontage has a large deck, boat dock, fish cleaning table, and night fishing lights.  Crab traps are also available. 

Reservations and Deposits 

A security deposit and a signed copy of the rental agreement are due no later than seven days after your reservation is made to secure your reservation.  Your security deposit will be returned to you upon inspection of the property. 

Your deposit may be forfeited for the following reasons:

      .  Any violation of the rental rules.

      .  Cancellation of your reservations within 45 days prior to your arrival date.
(No cancellations due to weather.)

      .  Any damage or abuse to the property or any missing inventory.
