1500 sq.ft., 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath water front home with boat lift. Large Pier with fishing light for night fishing Great view of the water and wildlife. Screen porches upstairs(small) and down (large). Sleeps up to 9 people. Large living spacing. Roomy kitchen with eatinng bar and two dining tables. One bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has two full size beds & 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.

Amenities:
Home has central air & heat. Kitchen provides: Plates, glasses, pots & pans, utensils, microwave, coffee pot. Living area satelite Direct Network TV. All bed linens included. Full Size Washer & Dryer. Please bring food, peronal toiletries, suntan lotion, beach towels and your bug repellent.

Location:
When you arrive in Matagorda, turn left at the 4-way stop. Cross over the Intercoastal Waterway Bridge. Turn right at the second street - then make another right (River Bend Restaurant will be on your left) your will curve to the right. House is located on your left just past the new 3 story green house.
Only a short walk to the River Bend Restaurant. Several Nice Resturants in Matagorda along with a convenience store & shell shops. Enjoy Matagorda's Beach!
