DESCRIPTION:
This cozy two bedroom water-front guesthouse has a nice view of the Colorado River. Included is a pier with fish cleaning table and boat whips to tie up your boat. A large boat deck above the boatlift has plenty of seating for enjoying the great outdoors.

The guesthouse sleeps 4 adults comfortably, having 2 bedrooms, a bath, kitchenette and living area. One bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.

AMENITIES:
Kitchen includes stove/oven, plates, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and toaster. Sheets and towels are provided (excluding beach towels)

Living area includes color TV with satellite dish.

YOUR WILL NEED TO BRING:
Food, sun screen, insect repellent spray, paper towels, lawn chairs etc.

NO PETS
NO SMOKING
NO COOKING GRILL ON DECK OR PIER,
NO FIREARMS OR FIREWORKS.
RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE.

Do not discard cigarette butts on decks or yard.
No organized social events or parties.
Please remove all trash before checking out.

LOCATION:
The guesthouse is located in a nice quiet subdivision just a block off of Beach Road and is walking distance to the River Bend Restaurant and public boat launch. In the town of Matagorda, just minutes away, numerous restaurants, post office, small grocery store, marina, and novelty shops, bait camps awaits you. Enjoy the beach which is only minutes away as well. The river along with East and West Bays provide great fishing and boating.

Take Beach Road across the swing bridge. Go approx. one mile and turn right at the second paved street and take another immediate right. House is #25 on your left. Just look for the black wrought iron gates.

RENTAL RATES:
- Rental Rates are $150.00 per night (Friday and Saturday) - 2 night minimum
- 3 Day Holidays $150.00 per night - 3 night minimum
- Weekdays $100.00 per night, 2 night minimum

*One time $50.00 cleaning fee per rental is collected along with $200.00 damage deposit when reservation is confirmed. Deposit and cleaning fee will be returned accordingly upon inspection of premises. Deposit is NOT refundable for cancellation less than 21 day notice.

We accept cash, money orders, checks and traveler checks.

ADVANCED RENTAL RESERVATIONS ARE NECESSARY

All rent due must be PAID IN FULL prior to check in.
No refund will be given for early departure.

The guest house is limited to a maximum sleeping capacity of 4 adults. The size of your group must be included with the reservation
