Craft Vacation Rental - # 29-B River Bend Road
Description:
 A
wonderful 2 bedroom water-front home has a large screened-in porch
both upstairs and downstairs so you can enjoy the great water
view in comfort. It has a lighted pier with a boat slip and fishing
lights for night fishing. Large lot with shade trees and
plenty of parking. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. It has two
bedrooms, a bath, the kitchen, and a living area upstairs and
an additional bath downstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed, the
other has two bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.
Amenities:
House has central air and heat. The kitchen has a stove/oven and
everything you need for cooking. Plates, glasses, pots and pans,
utensils, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, are
all provided. The living room includes a Satellite Dish Network
Television with a VCR, DVD player. We also provide bed linens.
You should bring clothes, food, towels, and personal toiletries,
suntan lotion, and bug spray. We don't have big beach towels,
so you may want to bring some if you plan to go to the beach.
Location:
The house is located on River Bend Road , a quiet, private street
off of Beach Road . It is walking distance from the River Bend
Restaurant and boat launch. Bait camps, the beach, Stanley's (small
grocery store), and the town of Matagorda are only minutes away.
Take Beach Road across the swing bridge. Turn right at the second
street. After you turn, the River Bend Restaurant will be to your
left, and the road will curve to the right. The house address
is 29-B River Bend on the left side of the road. (It is the blue-gray
house with white trim.)
Rental Rates:
Peak Season Rates - March 1st to October 31st.
Everyday Rates: $200.00 a night with a two night minimum
Week Rates: 7 days, 6 nights $1,000.00
Reservations and
Deposits:
Advance rental reservations are necessary. An advance deposit
of $250 is required to confirm your reservation. Upon arrival,
it shall act as a security deposit during your stay. Deposit is
not refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days prior
to arrival.
Number of people in party is required at check-in. This is a smoke-free
home and no inside pets allowed. ALL rents due must be paid in
FULL prior to check in. No refunds will be given for early departures
or for weather related reasons.

Deposit refunds:
Upon inspection of the property, deposits will be returned within
10 days. If any inventory is found to be missing, damaged, or
destroyed, entire deposit may be forfeited.
Check in time and check out: 3:00 PM check in, check out by 12:00
PM.
