Description:
This
large 3 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront home sleeps 8 persons comfortably. Home features
water frontage with fishing pier/boat dock, lights for night fishing, screened-in
area on lower level, BBQ pit, and spacious parking area. All bedrooms have king-size
beds, den has fouton. A large screen TV complements the living room, see photos
above for more details.
Amenities:
The kitchen has a stove/oven and everything you need for
cooking. Plates, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher
and coffee pot are all provided. We also provide bed linens and towels, but it
is recommended you bring your own towels and personal toiletries. Washer and dryer
available. We ask that you not take our towels to the beach. A fishing pier with
a light for fishing at night allows you to keep a line in the water during your
entire stay. There is also a fish-cleaning table.
Location:
Rental is located on a quite, dead end street with very
little traffic making is safe for families with children. Street address is #3
River Bend Rd. (just north of Riverbend Restaurant) off Hwy. 2031, the highway
that leads from the town of Matagorda to Matagorda Beach.
Riverbend Restaurant
is within walking distance and Matagorda Beach is just a few miles drive. The
town of Matagorda is close with convenience stores and restaurants.
Rental Rates:
$275.00 a night with a two night
minimum

Reservations and Deposits:
Advance rental reservations are
necessary. An advance deposit of $275 is required to confirm
your reservation. Upon arrival, it shall act as a security
deposit during your stay. Deposit is not refundable for
cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
Very Important Rules:
We will not accept reservations
form collge age students or for high school graduation partys.
No exceptions will be made. If reservations are made online
or by phone by students and we are not aware of the situation,
the group will be asked to leave and the deposit will be
lost. We are sorry about this decision, but due to the lack
of respect for our property and our neighbors, we have no
other options.
NOTE.....Any campers/RV's expecting
to be on site will need to be negotiated when booking.
No campers/RV's allowed without prior
approval.
No Smoking - No Pets; This
is a smoke-free home with no inside pets allowed.
All trash and garbage must be taken with you and not left
at property.
Violation of these is grounds for total forfeiture of your
deposit.
ALL
rent due must be paid in FULL prior to check-in.
No refunds will be given
for early departures or for weather-related reasons.
Deposit Refunds:
Upon inspection of the property,
deposits will be returned within 10 days.
If any inventory is found to be
missing, damaged, or destroyed, entire deposit may be forfeited.
Please
respect our property as if it were your own.
Check-in and check-out:
