About #40 Riverside Retreat:
We are located only minutes from Matagorda Beach and the Gulf
of Mexico. We are #40 at Colorado River Estates, a quite street
off Co. Rd. 2031, Beach Rd. Our street is located on the right
as you travel towards Matagorda Beach, 1.6
mile after you cross the swing bridge. Our location gives
our guests access to offshore fishing, bay fishing and Matagorda
Beach. The Public Boat Ramp, local restaurants and convenience
stores are only a few minutes away.
Features:
Sleeps 8 persons comfortably. Home has two bedrooms (see photos
above) and sleeper sofa, large bath with shower; the kitchen and
dining area combine with spacious den area. Refrigerator with
ice maker, microwave, stove/oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster
oven, pots/pans, dishes, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer. Comfortable
AC and heat. All electric appliances. Radio with CD player, TV,
and VCR....Bring your own tapes for the VCR and CD's. All bath
towels and linens provided.
Great view of the river from our upper deck. Lighted pier for
night fishing. Room to dock your boat. Covered patio area beneath
home. Fish cleaning station has sink and running water for cleaning
all those fish you will be catching! BBQ pit for relaxing outdoor
cooking or grilling. Beautiful view of Colorado River. Completely
cemented beneath house. We have plenty of parking room.

beach towels, beach chairs, personal toiletries and food...Grocery
stores are close by in Matagorda if you forget anything!

$150 per night - Monday through Thursday
- Two night minimum
$175 per night - Friday through Sunday (weekend rate) - Two night
minimum
$900 per week, $1600 for two weeks, $2000 per month.

Information:
A security deposit of $200
required in advance for all stays to confirm your reservation.
All rents due must be paid in full prior to check-in. No refunds
will be given for early departures or for weather related reasons.
Deposits are not refundable for cancellations unless made 30 days
or more prior to your arrival date.

Upon
satisfactory inspection of the property, deposits will be returned
within 10 days. If any house inventory is found to be missing,
damaged or destroyed, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Check in time is 3:00 Pm - Departure is 1:00 PM - We accept cash,
money orders and checks.
