#49 Beach Front Road - Matagorda, TX

Beach house is located a short distance from the beach, sand dunes, Jetty fishing pier, and LCRA State Park.

The accommodations are as follows:
Sleeps 8, One bedroom with queen size bed, another bedroom with full size bed, 2 pull out sofas with queen size bedding in the large living room.
Pillows and bed linen are included. 1-½ bathrooms with an outside shower for limited showering.

The house has A/C units, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and refrigerator. Cooking ware, silverware, and dishes are provided. TV and DVD are in the large living and dining area. Towels are not provided.

RENTAL RATES:
$300 for the 2 nights (2 night minimum); $400 for
3 nights, longer stays available call for rates.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Payments: Checks, cashier check, money order, and PayPal are acceptable.

All monies are due must be paid in FULL two weeks prior to your check-in or upon reservation if less than two weeks to check-in.

A $150 security deposit required within 5 days of making reservation, which is refunded within 10 days after inspection of property.
