Furnishings and Features:
Featured items include huge sun deck, large screened porch, Bar-B-Q pits, and
of course, Air Conditioning. We also have central heat for those pleasantly cool
fall and winter nights. Our great location puts you within walking distance of
Matagorda Beach. You will also be close to the Matagorda Jetties as well as local
boat ramps, both Matagorda Bays, and bait camps along the Colorado River. We have
a spacious parking area with plenty of room for your vehicles and boat. Sleeping
accommodations for 6 persons, all bedding, towels, and pillows provided. Furnishings
include TV, VCR, new refrigerator, electric range and microwave. All kitchen utensils
and appliances provided. For your convenience, there also is a washer and dryer.
Location:
We are located right on Matagorda Beach, overlooking
the sand dunes and the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will find that our home
is completely furnished to insure that your stay with us is a comfortable and
enjoyable one. If there is something that you left at home or need during your
stay, the community of Matagorda with grocery stores, gasoline, and restaurants
is just a short eight mile drive away.
Rental
Rates:
$150 per night with a three night minimum stay, Weekly
rental available...ask for rate information for the week stay. A deposit of $250
required.
Please take your trash with you when you depart the property.
Please respect our property. It is the renters responsibility to leave the home
as clean as it was when you checked in. We truly hope that you will enjoy your
