Furnishings - Features:

Sleeps 12 and is an Immaculately clean and well maintained beach house for rent. Two decks, one very large deck facing the Gulf of Mexico and a smaller deck off the kitchen facing the East Bay wetlands and the LCRA nature preserve.

The house is furnished and sleeps 4 upstairs and 8 downstairs. Upstairs includes one king and one trundle bed (sleeps 2 on twin mattresses) with all linens and pillows. Downstairs includes one full bed and four twin beds and sofa with hide a bed with all linens. Television is provided upstairs and downstairs with DirecTV and dvd players. Upstairs has a spacious bath with double sinks, shower, toilet and towels. Downstairs has a single sink, shoer, toilet and towels. There is an outside shower for good weather and an outside fish cleaning table with sink. Downstairs also has a washer and dryer. The home does have central ac and heat throughout.
You must bring your own towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels and napkins). The water is safe to drink but sometimes has some discoloration. If this is a problem for you, you would be better served to bring your own bottled water for consumption. No internet provided.

Must be 25 years or older to rent.

Professional Cleaning Service provided which will be deducted from your deposit ($85.00).

Rental Rates:
$210.00 per night (2 night minimum on Weekends).

Holiday Rental Rate: Labor Day, Memorial Day, Easter, July 4th, New Years, Christmas, and Thanksgiving.

$250 per night 3 night minimum for Holidays.

$1250.00 Weekly Rental (7nights).

Property - Cleaning Deposit:
$300.00 deposit
($215.00 refundable after approved inspection of home)
50.00 pet deposit
