Furnishings - Features:

Immaculately clean and well maintained beach house for rent or for sale. Two decks, one very large deck facing the Gulf of Mexico and a smaller deck off the kitchen facing the East Bay wetlands and the LCRA nature preserve.

The house is furnished and sleeps 4 upstairs and 6 downstairs. Upstairs includes one king and one trundle bed (sleeps 2 on twin mattresses) with all linens and pillows. Downstairs includes one full bed and four twin beds with all linens. Television is provided upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs has a spacious bath with double sinks, shower, toilet and towels. Downstairs has a single sink, shower, toilet and towels. There is an outside shower for good weather and an outside fish cleaning table with sink. Downstairs also has a washer and dryer.

You must bring your own towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, paper products ( toilet paper, paper towels and napkins). The water is safe to drink but sometimes has some discoloration. If this is a problem for you, you would be better served to bring your own bottled water for consumption.

The house must be left in the same condition that you found when you arrived or your deposit will be deducted $75.00 for cleaning. We have a cleaning service, and if you would prefer you may request cleaning by the service and $50.00 will be deducted from your deposit for cleaning after your stay.

Rental Rates:
RENTAL FEES: $150.00 per day for up to 4 persons
$200.00 per day for up to 10 persons

PROPERTY/CLEANING DEPOSIT:
$200.00 with no pets
$250.00 with one pet
Plus $25.00 for each additional pet
