Central air conditioning and heat

Owners Mike and Janet Price are birdwatchers, beachcombers, inshore and offshore fishermen, kayakers, and scuba divers. They are happy to share information about Matagorda’s bountiful coastal nature with our guests.

Rental Rates:
$350.00 per night for the first two nights with a two night minimum.
Each additional night is $200.00.
Deposit $400.00.
No Pets and No Smoking.

Check in after 4 PM and check out before 1 PM.

Driving Directions:
Directions from Bay City: Take highway 60 south to Matagorda. Turn left at the flashing yellow lights onto FM 2031 (you will see Stanley’s Grocery Store). Go 7 miles until you see the LCRA Recreational Vehicle Park on the right. Shortly past a sign that says “Road Ends 1500 Feet” you will see Beach Front Drive, turn left. Number 68 is half way down on the right.
