Furnishings and Features:
Three bedrooms, kitchen, den with a GREAT view of Gulf and beach from deck. Home features new zoned heat and A/C, electric range, refrig, microwave, coffee maker, Satellite TV, all towels and linens furnished, sleeps eight to ten persons (has 1 king bed in one bedroom and onefull regular bed in bedroom two, bunk beds in other bedroom as well as queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Also available for your convenience are outdoor shower, BBQ pit, picnic table, and fish cleaning table. House is fully furnished. Perfect for beachgoers, fishermen, hunters and vacationers to Matagorda Beach.

Location:
Conveniently located only 8 minutes from the town of Matagorda. Local restaurants, convenience stores, boat ramps, and bait camps are nearby. 200 yards from the beach. Walk to new Nature Park, Jetty Pier Park and public fishing piers at the mouth of the Colorado River. Matagorda Bays and Beach offers visitors beachcombing, shelling, birdwatching, fishing and swimming. All are at your doorstep.

Rental Rates:
Peak Season: ( March 1st to Oct. 31st)
Rates: Nightly: $175 per night, two night minimum (Friday through Sat. night on weeknds)

Any 5 consecutive days/nights: $800.

Weekly: $1050

Holiday Weekends - Check with us for rates.

Off-Season:

Reservations/Deposits:
We require a $250 rental/security deposit for ALL stays, regardless of length of rental to hold reservation. NO exceptions.
ALL rents due must be paid in FULL two weeks prior to your check-in or upon reservation if less than two weeks to check-in. No refunds will be given for early departures or for weather related reasons. Deposits are not refundable for cancellations unless such occurs 60 days prior to your arrival. The size of your group must be included with your reservation.

Deposit Refunds:
Upon inspection of property, deposits will be returned within 10 days. If any inventory is found to be missing, damaged or destroyed, entire deposit will be forfeited.

No Pets allowed. Please take your trash with you when you depart the property. Please respect our property. It is the renters responsibility to leave the home as clean as it was when you checked in. We truly hope that you will enjoy your stay with us.
