If you are looking to rent a beach house, look no further. Number 75 Sterling Shores has a large deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. This outstanding location is within easy walking distance to the new nature park, public fishing piers and Jetty Pier Park. Come enjoy Matagorda Beach and enjoy swimming, shelling, surfing the waves or fishing the surf.

About the House:
This beach house accommodates large or small groups for family fun, fishing or hunting. This newly decorated house can sleep 8+ with two large bedrooms and two baths. There is one queen bed upstairs and three doubles and a twin downstairs. The kitchen, dining room and living room is a grand open area. The house is fully furnished and features central air and heat, washer and dryer, a loaded kitchen and TV with VCR and DVD. The dining room table will accommodate ten.

Linens are provided. You will need to bring your own personal items, including toiletries, bath soap/shampoo, as well as bath and beach towels. NO SMOKING OR PETS IN THE HOUSE.

Rental Rates:
2-3 nights (2 night min.) $160/night
4-6 nights $150/night
7+ nights $140/night

Weekly rate: $850

Monthly rates available upon request.

Reservation and Deposits:
Reservation/security deposit is $150.00 where $50.00 in non-refundable for cleaning fee. Deposit will be refunded after inspection of property (within 21 days).

If you have to cancel or cut your trip short because of bad weather, I will work with you.
