If you are looking to rent a beach house, look no further. Number 75 Sterling Shores is an outstanding location and is within easy walking distance to the beach, the new nature park, public fishing piers and Jetty Pier Park. Come enjoy Matagorda Beach and enjoy swimming, shelling, surfing the waves or fishing the surf.

About the House:
This beach house accommodates large or small groups for family fun, fishing or hunting. This newly decorated house can sleep 8+ with two large bedrooms and two baths. There is one queen bed upstairs and three double and a twin downstairs. The kitchen, dining room and living room is a grand open area. The house is fully furnished and features central air and heat, washer and dryer in the garage and a loaded kitchen. The dining room table will accommodate ten.
Linens are provided. You will need to bring your own personal items, including toiletries as well as bath and beach towels. NO SMOKING OR PETS IN THE HOUSE

Rental Rates: 
Rental rate: $180/night (two night minimum)
Plus, an $80 cleaning fee for professional cleaning service.
Weekly rate: $1000 (seven days/six nights)
Total rental is due three weeks before check-in.
Monthly rates available upon request.
*Tenants must be at least 25 years old to lease the house.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 12:00 p.m.

Deposits: 
Reservation/security deposit is $200. Deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property.

If you have to cancel or cut your trip short because of bad weather, I will work with you.
