Welcome to #78 Beach Front Drive
Location:
We are located near River Bend restaurant with access to public
boat ramp. Sleeping accommodations for 4 to 6 persons. You must
provide your own bedding, bath and beach towels unless prior arrangements
are made. We have one private bedroom with two twin beds, a community
room with full size bed and twin bed. Living area includes futon
which converts to full size bed. Full size kitchen and separate
dining area with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker,
Kitchen utensils, dishes. Comfortable A/C, one bath, TV with satellite.

Reservations
/ Deposits:
We require $125.00 rental / security deposit for all stays, requardless
of length of rental. No exceptions. Advance rental reservations
required at least 7 days prior to your arrival. All rents due
must be paid in full prior to your check in. No refunds will be
given for early departures or for weather related reasons. Deposits
are not refundable for cancellations unless such occurs 60 days
prior to your arrival. The size of your group must be included
with your reservation.
Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is
12:00 Noon.
Deposit
Refunds:
Upon inspection of property, deposits will be refunded within
10 days. If any inventory is found to be missing, damaged or destroyed,
entire deposit will be forfeited.
House
Rules:
No smoking in house - No pets allowed. Please take your trash
with you when you depart the property. Please respect our property.
It is the renters responsibility to leave the home as clean as
it was when you checked in. We truly hope that you will enjoy
your stay with us.

download. Please print this out and return it promptly with
deposit.
We accept cash, money orders. We only accept
checks 15 days prior to reservation date.
