From Hwy 60 Stop Sign turn left (south) on FM 2031 [over bridge],
turn right on CR 257 at yield sign turn right # 9 is a one story royal blue house on the left.

RENTAL RATES:
Payment shall be made by credit card.
$300.00 per night 3 night minimum on Holidays
$300.00 deposit
$75.00 cleaning fee
$1650.00 Weekly + cleaning fee and $500.00 deposit

Check-in and Check out:
CHECK-IN 4 pm CHECK-OUT 12 noon

Rules and Rental Agreement:

RENTERS MUST REMOVE TRASH or A CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED

NO SMOKING - NO PETS
