We are located directly across from boat launch into E. Matagorda Bay.
Included....boat dock, fishing pier, Bar-B-Q pit, heat and AC and views of the Colorado River. Our location puts you within a few minutes drive of Matagorda Beach. The Intracoastal Waterway and both Matagorda Bays are easily accessible by a short boat ride. You will also be within a few minutes drive of the Matagorda Jetties, Rawlings Bait Camp, River Bend Restaurant and the town of Matagorda via State Hwy 2031.


Provided:
Sleeping accommodations include 2 bedrooms, 3 full size beds, 2 twins and two futon sleeper sofas, sleeps 10. Furnishings also include TV, VCR, DVD player and microwave. All pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes provided.

Not Provided:
You will need to provide your own towels, bed linens, charcoal, lighter fluid, bug spray and your food. If there is something that you left at home or need during your stay, the community of Matagorda with grocery stores, gasoline, and restaurants is just a short drive away.

Rental Rates:
$125 per night. Weekly rental available.

A $300 deposit is required, ask for details when you call for your reservations.

Last minute rentals available at a discount.....Please call for details and reservations.

All CREDIT CARDS accepted.

Cancellation policy..............must give 45 day writen notice to receive refund.
