Two bedrooms with double beds ~ linens provided, living/dining area with cable TV, kitchen has appliances and dishes.

Covered downstairs patio has BBQ pits and picnic tables. Only minutes to Matagorda Harbor, 4 miles to Matagorda beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Conveniently located only minutes from local restaurants (walking distance to Riverbend Tavern) and convenience stores.

Rental Rates:
Nightly and weekly rates available....Rental rates are based on four persons.

Advance rental reservations are recommended. ALL rents due must be paid in FULL at check in. No refunds will be given for early departures.

Deposit:
An advance deposit of $175 is required to confirm your reservation. Deposit is refundable if cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to your arrival.

Check in time:
2:00 PM; check out by 11:00 am.
