Featured items include covered parking, picnic table, fish cleaning table with electrical outlet for your electric knife, large Bar-B-Q pit, spacious screened porch, and of course, Air Conditioning. Our great location puts you within walking distance of Matagorda Beach....check out the view!. You will also be close to the Matagorda Jetty Fishing Pier as well as both Matagorda Bays, local boat ramps, and bait camps.

Provided: Sleeping accomodations include 2 bedrooms with 2 baths, sleeps 8, all bedding, towels, and pillows provided. Furnishings include TV, VCR and microwave. All kitchen utensils and appliances provided. For your convenience, there also is a washer and dryer. One of the baths with shower, is located downstairs making clean up after a day at the Beach or fishing especially easy.

Not Provided: You will need to provide charcoal, lighter fluid, bug spray and your food. If there is something that you left at home or need during your stay, the community of Matagorda with grocery stores, gasoline, and restaurants is just a short eight mile drive away.

Rental Rates: $200 per night with a two night minimun stay. Weekly rental is $1000.
A deposit of $150 required.
